Frank Pino

Frank Cabrera Pino, bassist, composer and arranger, was born in Havana Cuba on September 21, 1974.

With 10 years old he received his first guitar lessons and later he continued these studies on his own. In June 2002 he graduated with a degree in music education, and completed his training obtaining the intermediate level of music in 2007, specializing in bass guitar and double bass.

He began his career as a musician in 2005 with the group Karamba, touring through Cuba, Mexico, Spain and France, sharing the stage with renowned artists and groups such as: Ariel Rot in MINAROCK Festival, Calle 13 in Vivamérica Festival, and the Cuban band Los Van Van.

Currently he works with other projects such as: “Fulanito Tal”, “Esparatrapo” and “Ludmila Mercerón”.
